I am neither.
I work out a lot, yes, but I don’t think I am a fitness guru. My exercise habit consists of:
Yoga (currently it is down to 3 days a week, usually 5/6 days a week) for an hour.
I also run/jog/powerwalk for 30-45mins 5/6days a week. (depending on how busy my schedule is.) The distance usually range between 2-4miles. If I don’t feel like running I usually get on the...
