8. Are you a fitness guru or a couch potato? Talk about your exercise habit.

I am neither.

I work out a lot, yes, but I don’t think I am a fitness guru. My exercise habit consists of:

Yoga (currently it is down to 3 days a week, usually 5/6 days a week) for an hour.

I also run/jog/powerwalk for 30-45mins 5/6days a week. (depending on how busy my schedule is.) The distance usually range between 2-4miles. If I don’t feel like running I usually get on the elliptical/stairmaster (it is a bitch) for around the same time to get my cardio intake. :)

Lately I just got into doing planks and side planks before I run, and sit ups. 

Exercising keeps me grounded, most of the time I am more energized and less likely to over freak myself out. (altho I still do freak out… -___-! sadly)

Yoga is definitely my fav!
